Since the successful development of the first granite surface plate in China in 1978, TMMT has been committed to the development and promotion of industrial use of granite. Currently, TMMT is the largest manufacturer of precision granite measuring tools, components, and machine frame in China.
Precise Guideway
TMMT is equipped with a total area of 8000㎡ climate workshop, which allows to assemble parts in a constant temperature and humidity environment. On the precision base, we can assemble precision racks, linear guides, precision screw rods, and linear motors. We can also design, assemble and tune aerostatic or hydrostatic guideway made of natural or artificial granite. To provide reliable high-precision guideway design, assembly and tuning services for customers in different industries.
Static Guideway
Decades of Practical Experience
TMMT set up machine tool department in 2012. It has researched and delivered more than 100 machines of different sizes and functions, made of natural or artificial granite to TMMT production department. With years of practical experience, we have continuously optimized the process of assembling precision racks, linear guides, precision screw rods, and linear motors on granite. With the help of climate workshop and 1000 grade clean room, the best assembly accuracy can reach 1 μm/m, to meet high-precision assembly requirements from customers.
Flexible Solutions
TMMT provides customers with flexible solutions. Customers can directly provide parts and deliver them to the workshop of TMMT according to order. Or make a request of purchasing by TMMT, we will buy qualified parts according to customers’ technical documents. All parts will go through professional and comprehensive testing upon arrival at TMMT factory. Before delivery, we will provide customers with a comprehensive inspection report with test results.
